Visited Red Rocks Amphitheater and did a hike around the area. We would be returning on Saturday morning for a sold out yoga class, so we wanted to get the lay of the land before Saturday. Beautiful venue, capacity of 9,000 for concerts, 2,000 for yoga! The visitor center had a nice exhibit detailing the history of Red Rocks and highlighting the artists who have performed here over the years, quite a list!

Stopped at a nice coffee shop in the village of Morrison and then headed back to camp.

Back at camp, I decided to be proactive and get rid of some of the ice buildup in the freezer. Long story short, I punctured a coolant line in the freezer box  and listened to the coolant hissing out of it’s pipe. Said a few choice words to myself. Spent a bit of time figuring out what our options were – after a call to a local refrigeration repair guy who was busy for the next 3 weeks, we opted for a cooler and ice for the rest of the trip. Rats.

Off to Walmart to buy a cooler and ice.
