 Saturday May 4^th

May the fourth be with you! Star Wars Day! Golf day! After a quick breakfast we donned our golf attire and headed over to the Montgomery Bell GC. We checked in, got our range bucket, practiced our putting, played the first hole…then the skies opened, and we got soaked! We had our rain jackets, so we weren’t drowned rats. Back at the clubhouse we requested a refund, and they obliged, so no loss other than we didn’t get to play our round.

Back at camp we dried off our clubs and put the golf stuff away until the next golf opportunity comes along. We had thoughts of heading into Nashville for the afternoon and evening, but the rain persisted, so we said no. Instead, we stayed home, Lydia made healthy cookies and I caught up on the blog.
